Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to
request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it —
unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included. You will also need the
receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us first. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed
instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
We accept exchanges. The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you
have and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your
order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must remain unused and in
original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will
be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your
bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
